1. Website operator

2. Website purpose

The website provides general information about POWER BLOCK, Fitness, Performance and upcoming online services. Content is provided in good faith and may be updated as services, schedules or availability change.

3. Session requests

Submitting a form, email or message is a request for contact and does not by itself confirm an appointment, membership, price or contract. A session is confirmed only when POWER BLOCK responds and expressly agrees the details with you.

4. Health and training information

Website content is general information and is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Before training, tell the POWER BLOCK team about relevant injuries, conditions, symptoms or medical guidance. Where appropriate, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

5. Newsletter welcome offer

• After newsletter signup, a new customer receives a personal, single-use offer code for the percentage displayed when the form was submitted. Limited campaigns may temporarily replace the standard 10% welcome offer. The applicable offer and its dedicated booking link remain valid for 30 calendar days from form submission.
• The discount concerns one first eligible POWER BLOCK membership or, when launched, one first eligible apparel or digital-program purchase. It does not discount the booking request or a standalone first session.
• The registered email must match the booking or purchase details. The offer cannot be combined with another promotion and has no cash value.
• Unsubscribing from marketing does not cancel an offer code that has already been issued.
• New-customer status and previous redemption are checked by POWER BLOCK before payment. The exact expiry date is included in the activation email; eligible categories are confirmed before payment.

6. Online products and payments

Digital programs, online coaching, merchandise and online payments are not currently available through this website. Before those services go live, separate purchase, delivery, cancellation and refund terms will be published where required.

7. Intellectual property

The POWER BLOCK name, branding, photographs, copy and site design may not be copied, republished or commercially used without permission, except where applicable law allows it.

8. External services

The website may link to third-party services such as Instagram or Google Maps. Their availability, content and privacy practices are controlled by those providers.

9. Availability and applicable law

We take reasonable measures to keep the website secure and available, but temporary interruption or error may occur. Nothing in these terms limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited. Greek law applies, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights that may apply to you.
