Cookie & Storage Notice

POWER BLOCK does not use advertising cookies. Optional Umami visit statistics run only after acceptance and do not use analytics cookies. This notice explains the separate browser preferences and essential security technology.

1. Current storage

  • Newsletter dismissal preference: when you close the newsletter window, the browser stores the time of that choice for 14 days so that the window is not shown repeatedly. The value does not identify you and is not used for advertising or analytics.
  • Analytics preference (pb-analytics-choice-v1): acceptance or refusal, notice version and expiry are saved in local storage for 180 days. This stores your choice, not your identity or browsing history. If storage is unavailable, the choice applies only while the page remains open.
  • Essential hosting and security: our hosting and anti-abuse providers may process short-lived technical identifiers or browser/device signals needed to deliver the website, prevent attacks and validate genuine form submissions.

2. Optional visit statistics

With your permission, POWER BLOCK uses Umami Cloud (EU region) to measure visits to public marketing pages and selected button clicks. This includes limited device/browser information and approximate location, but no submitted form details, email addresses, personal newsletter links, query strings, screen recordings or advertising profiles. Referrers are reduced to a few broad search/social source categories.

The analytics script is not loaded before you accept. Choices appear inline at the bottom of the page, without a pop-up. Decline is equally available and does not limit access to the website, forms or newsletter. Ignoring or closing the choices, or continuing to browse, does not give consent. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of any page to withdraw or change your choice. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control browser signals keep analytics off. We do not use behavioural advertising, retargeting, session replay, heatmaps or user identification.

3. Browser controls

You can clear site data through your browser settings. This may show the newsletter or analytics choice again; analytics remain off until accepted again. Blocking essential security technology may prevent a protected form from being submitted.
